$GEMS

$GEMS is the canonical staking token of The Hoard's ecosystem. As initial play-throughs of the game will naturally be lacking in $GOLD rewards, early players will also be airdropped $GEMS as an additional reward. Every time a user purchases a life, a portion of the $HONEY spent (currently targeting 5%, subject to change) will be allocated to be used as the incentive token in a Bera Reward Vault. $GEMS will be used as the vault's staking token, allowing holders to passively earn $BGT rewards in relationship to the amount of $HONEY flowing through The Hoard.
